AFA Day THR3E!!

Day3! Day3! This time I took longer than yesterday to dress up... 'cos there was a need to straighten my hair (with the help of XueNi). So I reached the Suntec Convention Hall later than yesterday :( Sorry to all my friends/cosplay partner who actually went searching for me when I'm not even there yet D: And and and... IT WAS EVEN MORE CROWDED THAN YESTERDAY!!!! I had difficulties trying to maneuver and navigate my way with my enormous bag through the suffocating crowd.

But really, today was a very hectic day for me. I didn't even have a time to rest. Too many friends to meet and I really really really felt bad letting them wait for me. Especially for my cosplay partner, Yuuwa. I'm supposed to spend most of my time with him; but no, I didnt! Most of my friends I only managed to see them once. But for Eisha... I didn't even get to see her at all! :( Thanks for the mini photoshoot, Dickson, ShiWen and WeiJiat :D And for the AFA ticket, thanks Yuuwa :D

Btw, I also got to experience something a little different from the usual event stuff I did. I went on Nico Nico Douga live! Promised Yuuwa that I would participate with him and his friend as a group for Bakamonogatari (Yuuwa - Araragi Koyomi; Evon - Hanekawa Tsubasa; me - Hachikuji Mayoi) And I found that Evon is my polymate, Himura's girlf; I think; and later on, I found out she was in KHK08~ xD Such a small world! I was getting pretty nervous about going on live in the internet and getting questions/requests from the netizens. The wait was really long 'cos even though you are in the "queue"; the priority still goes to the people who the netizens requested for them to be up. And that's the reason why I was unable to meet Eisha at all!

So once we went 'Live', all the comments were "Ararararararararagi!!" and some even said "Araragi, Marry me please!". It was really fun watching all the comments flashed across the screen. I didn't manage to read much 'cos I was rather spaced out due to stage fright :X The netizens requested us to say "Nyan!" and for me to show my big pink bag to them. One of the most embarrassing thing was they requested Yuuwa to kiss me on the cheek! In order to please them, he went ahead and gave me a fake kiss. Later when they asked are we together; told them we are just friends :\ Yuuwa even did a dance performance for the netizens (@.@) Well, anyway I was so relieved to go off stage though.

Went off to smuggle my friends into the convention area :) And had some more fun at the Canon booth. The guy at the Canon booth is really crazy... the way he behaves towards me is like we have been friends forever. And and luckily for me, I didn't miss out on the Singapore Bronies Society wall art posting thing. It was so awesome to see ponies artwork littered around the board. Great work :D Went home without dinner though.

It had been a great AFA'11. Both of my cosplays, I would say that I'm very much satisfied with the outcome. Have to give my thanks to everyone; especially XueNi for helping me out a lot! Sorry for not spending much time with some of my friends and for keeping you waiting; especially Yuuwa; my cosplay partner whom I felt especially guilty for. So yay, AFA IS OFFICIALLY OVER!! :D Upcoming event: EOY... which I think would be very boring :( blehx.

AFA Day TWO!!

Woohoo!! Completed Day TWO! And it wasn't bad at all!! :D Everything was okay. Yes, the wig too... from a far. I still think last year's AFA is better; for today, there were other events going on. So it was really crowded. We got to smuggle into the convention area - by using one ticket! And this year, I spent most time in the convention hall itself; which I didn't expect myself to do so. Great time; though was a little tired standing most of the time and eyes got blurred by multiple of flash and picture taking. Dislike those chinamen who asked for photos to be taken with them. Saw Kaname and and and, he said HI to me and even smiled at me later on.

Wouldn't be able to pull this cosplay off with XueNi (for saikang, wig cutter, everything big and small), Yvonne (for helping me collect the stuff from Michelle) and of course, my cosplay partner, ShunAn. Thank you!♥♥ And also, TingYu for camera and tagging along; and Puikwan for coming all the way down -even though it's only for awhile... Thank you~ ♥

After undressing, TingYu went off to HollandV and the rest of us went to find SASA in Suntec Mall... and the SASA is closed?!?! I called Puikwan and asked her whether she is able to come down tomorrow in the morning to pass me one pair of her fake eyelashes. And she agreed to! Thank you!! Lifesaver!! Went to Potato Depot at Raffles City to have dinner~ Going home on 195 was VERY TERRIBLE!! We had to alight somewhere at Tiong Bahru Road; before TBP... BECAUSE THE BUS WAS UNABLE TO MOVE! All the buses heading in that direction were unable to move at all. DUE TO A FALLEN TREE that fell in the middle of the road and the civil defence people were dismantling it. I called my papa and he came down to fetch XueNi and me home from TBP. ShunAn didn't wanna tag along so he took another bus home from another bus stop. There were like so many people waiting for their bus to come at the bus stop opposite TBP and I don't think they know the reason to why they were waiting that long :\

Anyway, AFA day 2 is tomorrow!! I totally find that AFA came too sudden for me and the irony is I know the dates of AFA for a really long time ago. Costumes got so many mistakes that I received it really late. Props were made late minute. Wigs only cut today. ShunAn, Yvonne and XueNi came over to my house earlier to cut wigs and make talismans. Apparently Yvonne doesn't need to cut her wig and my wig was really terrible. I swear that I won't cosplay long hair chara anymore. I really feel like chopping off the entire wig :\ The mess made was extremely horrible... there were hair EVERYWHERE. Cleaning was a bitch :( Luckily my mama was there to help clean up most of the hair. And yeah, tomorrow is the day. My period is here and suddenly, I have no confidence to pull the cosplay off :( Please let tomorrow be fine and happy. Thanks.
