The Mentally Decline

Not a good Friday for me. So many people who wanted enquiry but pressed for my consultation queue number. So just nice this fucking idiot with his handicapped mother pressed the wrong number and seeing that Fiona has her hands full, I decided to deal with it even though it's mandarin speaking :( This idiot son doesn't know English at all. Hey, this is Singapore. For the sake of everyone, please go study English. Okay, nevermind... so I spoke to him in Mandarin instead. I told him hundred million times in Mandarin that he can't fill up the form at my counter because there are other people who is waiting for me to call their number. This inconsiderate fool doesn't care, doesn't listen. I think he is just mentally retarded. Told him so many times that he can't ask me for answers or advise. Did he listen? Of Course Not! Being the fucking retard he is, he just keep asking and asking. I'm so infuriated!!! His handicapped mother kept mumbling and complaining at the side; added oil to my already blazing bonfire. Rita came over to try to help me shoo him away to the side to fill up the form by calling the next queue number. Did he move a inch? No! He just continued to fill up his form; blocking the entire window. He didn't even have the decency to move a bit. Such a bloody idiot. Moreover, suay suay I also kena them for registration (had to help HuiYing out! short handed, due to Yvonne on leave and Pat on MC) and again, it took freaking long! I have no idea how did he mix up his original and photocopied documents together. If kena this kind of people during Saturday duties... no need to work already. Can go commit suicide. Not say I never show empathy... I AM ALREADY AT MY WIT'S END!!!

Thank goodness for chocolates though :)

It's my cousin, WeiQi's birthday today!! Eight years old! She, my aunt and her brother came over to my house so that we can celebrate with her as well. Though, I missed the cake session... My mama asked me to stop one more stop later and meet them to have dinner at Botak Jones. I was pretty late so by the time I've reached there, they were almost done eating :(
